The Northeast Alabama Community College Theatre season opens with the frenzied, energetic comedy-farce, Arsenic & Old Lace.

This classic madcap Frank Capra style 40’s comedy tells the story of two aging women who are burying men in their basement!  Don’t worry it is ONLY an act of charity- you know, to end their loneliness and help them find ultimate peace.

Online ticket purchases for plays and events at NACC

Purchasing tickets to plays and selected events at Northeast Alabama Community College (NACC) is now easier than ever before. The college has added an online ticket purchasing process through ShowClix.com. For the added cost of $1.25 per ticket, tickets to most any event on campus, including Theatre productions, may be obtained online.

This $1.25 fee is applied only when tickets are paid for online. The college continues to maintain its traditional ticket purchase process, whereby tickets may be purchased through designated offices on campus, or purchased through the mail. No processing fee is added to the ticket price for these types of purchases.

As for online purchases, “buy ticket” links will be added to home pages for various events, such as the home page for the NACC Theatre at http://www.nacc.edu/nacctheatre/default.htm. Tickets may then be purchased by following the directions included in these links. After payment the purchaser prints out the ticket(s) at home on a personal computer. They then bring the tickets to the event and are admitted. This online ticketing process even provides a seating chart to give the purchaser options about where they want to sit for a particular performance.
