Accused Fred's shooter to appear in court in 2013 | News
DEKALB COUNTY, AL (WAFF)- A DeKalb County man accused of shooting two employees at a Rainsville Fred's Store will be in court after the first of the year.
A grand jury indicted Kelly Jack Mayo on attempted murder charges.
He will be arraigned January 15th.
Mayo faces similar charges in Georgia. He was caught there after an incident at another Fred's store.
