Rainsville Police need help identifying a man writing counterfeit checks from Regions Bank.

He's described as a Hispanic man in his mid-30's around 5'7" and 170 pounds. He has a tattoo on his left wrist.

He's said to be driving a dark Ford Mustang with Etowah County tags or a silver sedan with a missing hubcap on the driver's side.

The checks are labeled with the name "Region's bank" with the B in lowercase. They also have invalid routing and account numbers on them.
